Your digital images & prints will arrive first.

Why is your turnaround time on Oil Painting 8-16 weeks?

When considering our turnaround time, we’ve had to consider the following.

  • Oil paintings dry more slowly than water-based paints.

  • Weather & Humidity changes during the painting & drying process

  • Demand for single Photography sessions during the warmer months

  • We live & work our own farm as our 9-5. As our farm animals are as unpredictable as the weather, these commitments and their care come first.

Will I receive my Digital images & Mounted Print with my Painting?

You will receive your digital images within 1 week after our Portrait session, and your mounted print within 2-3 of the session, depending on print time.

What if I’ve already had a Portrait session with you in 2026, and now I’d like an Oil Painting?

As a pre-existing customer, you’ll have first preference on reserving a spot for our yearly oil painting commissions. During a consultation with me, you can decide whether you’d like your image to come from a previous session (so you’d pay only for the commissioned oil painting) or book another full experience with us.
